Same quality, different builds

Cash builds get concreted in. Rent to own builds are built portable, sit on pressure treated beams set on blocks. You can buy a portable deck cash or financing, but if you buy rent to own it has to be built on the pressure treated beams. We can build both styles completely freestanding, with only the roof flashing attached to the house. Same quality either way — here are photos of each so you know exactly what to expect.

Rent To Own builds

These are built portable, sitting on pressure treated beams and blocks, so they qualify for rent to own. They can be purchased cash, rent to own, or financing. They can also be moved with your mobile home, pool, or RV.
