What Our Customers Say

"What an amazing job they did!!!! The team showed up as they said they would, did quick amazing work, and we are so happy with our porch."

"In the initial process, before the contact was signed, Jacob was with us all the way. First we had a discussion about what we had in mind. The process was new to us, we knew what we wanted but were unsure of some of the specifics. Jacob knew what questions to ask, listened carefully and explained every answer in detail (It’s all about the details). After that is was straight-forward implementation. I can’t say enough about the crew that came out: They arrived on a Thursday, tore down the old deck and began the new deck. Returned Friday and completed the job. Each member of the crew was very professional, courteous and focused. The craftsmanship was superb. Again, they paid attention to the details. Our deck turned out even better than we imagined!"

"John was the gentleman that I was speaking with. He was very good with his communication and following up. I had quotes from several different companies, but the customer service from John was superb. He ultimately made me feel the most comfortable with my decision!"

"Appreciate the Team at Benchmark Decks for completing our project! Had some wasted space and they were able to extend my patio/deck out to increase my square footage with great quality at an affordable price! Shoutout to Jacob, Weston, Garrett, & Harrison for taking care of us!!"

"My experience with Benchmarks was very easy and satisfying Jacob was very helpful and communicated very well Mark and his crew did a great job and were very professional and friendly will definitely use them in the future"

"I was reluctant to find a company to build my new decks after moving my manufactured home to the country. I searched for what seemed like eternity and finally decided to have Benchmark Decks install them. There were a few days we were delayed due to the persistent rain but Benchmark kept me informed and came as soon as it stopped. Mark and Anthony at Benchmark were so easy to work with. They listened to what I wanted and gave me more than I expected. The crew was very detailed and organized and I enjoyed watching and having them install both my decks. They are very professional and honestly I couldn’t ask for my decks to turn out any better. In the near future I hope to have them extend my decks so that it wraps around my home. I know they will do the best job and give me exactly what I want. I highly recommend Benchmark. You will not find a better company to make your deck and be as satisfied as I am today. Thank you Mark, Andrew, Marcus and to all the crew who made my home exactly how I imagined it could be."

"Great job. Amazing work, fast friendly service."

"From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and informative, very easy to work with as far as design and cost. Questions were answered quickly and clearly. Once the build date was set, the crew stayed in touch so I knew exactly when they were going to be there. They worked well together and got the job done in just a few hours. My porch / deck looks great, it's sturdy, the stairs are perfectly placed with a slightly lower step height which I love. The best part is after 24 years I can finally sit on my own back porch - even in the rain! Thank you BenchMark Decks!"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Benchmark and the incredible work they (Logan, Connor and Weston) did on my new home. They built my front steps, side steps, and back patio, and they exceeded every expectation I had. Honestly, I expected standard, basic steps and an ordinary patio. Instead, they created something that is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creativity they put into every piece of wood transformed the entire appearance of my home. Every time I pull into my driveway, I stop and admire the work they did. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end — professional, easy to work with, great communication, and completed with care and precision. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable for the exceptional quality. They didn't just build steps and a patio — they transformed my home, and I couldn't be happier!"

Your expertise, professionalism, and hard work make you both outstanding assets to the company! I highly recommend BenchMark Decks for any deck you need to have installed. And thank you to Mark and Jacob for making the buying process a breeze!"

"Entire BenchMark team was great, from Jacob in sales answering a ton of questions, to Mark, Markus, and Kendall constructing the deck. Everything was super smooth, and quick.
